LogTech program: why MOBIUSpack is part of it

MOBIUSpack is part of the first LogTech cohort, run by the DGE with France Logistique. Selection process, jury and official sources.

In June 2025, the Direction générale des Entreprises (DGE, the French government's directorate general for enterprise) announced the five winners of the first cohort of the LogTech program. MOBIUSpack, a Lille-based start-up specializing in reusable packaging for e-commerce and logistics, is one of them. For the company, this is no minor detail: it places MOBIUSpack in a public program explicitly designed to help the most promising French logistics solutions scale up.

A program run by the DGE and France Logistique

LogTech is a support program launched by the DGE in partnership with the France Logistique association. Its goal is to help French logistics start-ups and SMEs through the steps that separate an innovative project from a business deployed at scale. The DGE presents the program on a dedicated page of its institutional website, which remains the up-to-date reference on how it works, its conditions and its successive cohorts.

The program offers one year of support to the selected companies. This support is not limited to a one-off grant: it is ongoing follow-up, designed to help winners remove the concrete obstacles to scaling up, whether commercial, industrial or financial.

A tight selection

The first cohort attracted 76 applications. Only five companies were selected, a ratio that gives an idea of how demanding the process is. The selection was made by a jury of representatives from the DGE, the Direction générale des infrastructures, des transports et des mobilités (DGITM, the directorate general for infrastructure, transport and mobility), ADEME (the French ecological transition agency) and France Logistique. ADEME's presence on the jury is not a detail: it signals that the selection criteria include an environmental dimension alongside each applicant's economic growth potential.

MOBIUSpack was selected alongside four other winners in this first cohort, announced in June 2025. The DGE press release names the company in its presentation of the winners, without including a direct link to its website. It is the general LogTech program page that links directly to mobiuspack.com.

A year later, in September 2026, the DGE presented a second cohort of seven new companies, bringing the total number of organizations supported by the program since its launch to twelve. This second wave changes nothing for the first-cohort winners: it simply confirms that LogTech continues beyond a single edition.

What the jury's choice says about the MOBIUSpack project

Being selected as one of five winners out of 76 applications positions MOBIUSpack, in the eyes of an independent public jury, as a project mature enough to warrant structured support. The French logistics sector has a significant number of innovative companies, and the DGE and France Logistique had a wide field to choose from in 2025. MOBIUSpack's angle, reusable packaging applied to e-commerce and parcel logistics, directly matches one of the topics the program aims to advance: logistics solutions that reduce the sector's environmental footprint without sacrificing operational efficiency.

For an outside company assessing the credibility of a partner in this segment, the LogTech selection is a third-party benchmark, separate from marketing communication. It was decided by a jury bringing together economic, transport and ecological transition authorities, on the basis of an application file rather than a statement of intent.

Ongoing support

Joining the LogTech program is not an isolated event in MOBIUSpack's calendar: it is part of a one-year support program intended to help the company structure its commercial and industrial development over 2025-2026. The specific details of this support, which differ for each winner, are not made public by the DGE, as is natural for an individualized program.
